1. Right of Return

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Return

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Non-returnable Items

Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
